What are the Different Onboarding User Levels in Horilla HRMS

In HRMS, onboarding refers to assisting new hires in becoming a part of the team. Pre-boarding, where they get ready before beginning, orientation, where they learn about the firm, compliance, where they obey the regulations, integration, where they seamlessly join the team, and follow-up, where they ensure they’re settling in well, are some of the phases that are included. Because it makes new hires feel at ease, informed about how things operate, and like a member of the team, onboarding is crucial. It feels like extending a hearty welcome to them and assisting them in preparing to deliver the company’s best job. Great work experiences are paved with good onboarding!

In Horilla, different user levels or roles are typically set up to manage permissions and responsibilities during the onboarding process. These user levels define what actions individuals can perform, what data they can access, and what they are responsible for within the system. Each role or user level has specific access rights that are aligned with their job function in the onboarding process.

The superuser will have full access to all the modules, including onboarding, employee management, payroll, and reporting. They can manage everything for every employee and then we can set managers for recruitment and onboarding. And for each onboarding stage, we can set different onboarding managers and also for different tasks.
