Step 1: Log in to Horilla HRMS

Step 2: Click the Quick Action Button (Bottom Left)

On the dashboard screen, look at the bottom-left corner. You will find a floating set of quick action buttons.

Click on the dashboard charts icon (chart/graph icon).

This button is specifically used to manage dashboard widgets.

This action will open the chart configuration panel.

Once you click the chart icon, a pop-up titled “Dashboard Chart Select” will appear.

Inside this pop-up, you can control which charts are visible on your dashboard.

Chart List

You will see a list of available charts, such as:

Employee Work Info
Online / Offline Employees
Overall Leave Chart
Attendance Analytics
Hours Chart
Employees Chart
Department Chart
etc..

Each of these represents a widget on your dashboard.

Toggle Switches

Each chart has a toggle switch:

Turn ON → Chart will be displayed
Turn OFF → Chart will be hidden

This toggle feature allows you to easily customize your dashboard components’ visibility.

Select / Unselect All

At the top of the wizard or popup, you will see:

Select All Charts → Enables all charts
Unselect All Charts → Disables all charts

These options help you quickly reset or configure your dashboard.

Reorder Charts

You will also see a Reorder Charts option:

Use this to arrange the display order of charts
You can prioritize the chart at the top by rearranging the order.

Save Changes

After making your changes and all:

Click the Save button
Your dashboard will update instantly
