Creating a New Activity from the Calendar

- The activity creation form opens.
- Fill in the required activity details.
- Click Save to add the activity to the calendar.
The newly created activity appears instantly in the selected calendar view.
Mark Unavailability
The Calendar also allows users to manage Unavailability:

- Click on a specific date or time within the calendar.
- Select Mark Unavailable from the quick action pop-up.
- The Mark Unavailability form opens.
- Fill in the required details.
- From date and time.
- To date and time.
- Reason for unavailability.

- Click Save to block the selected time in the calendar.

- Clicking on any activity in the calendar opens a short detail pop-up.

- The pop-up displays key activity information, including:
- Subject and description
- Assigned user
