After selecting the employees, navigate to the Actions dropdown on the top right and choose Bulk Update. This opens a dialog box with a form where you can select which fields you’d like to update for the selected employees. The form presents options such as Department, Job Position, Job Role, Reporting Manager, Shift, Work Type, Work Location, etc…
Step 2: Choosing Fields to Update
Once the Bulk Update action is triggered, a dialog box appears, allowing you to choose specific fields to update. The available fields typically include employee personal information fields , employee work information fields and employee bank information fields. Selecting multiple fields enables you to update several aspects of an employee’s profile at once, ensuring consistency across records.

After choosing the fields to update, clicking the Update button renders a form specifically tailored to the selected fields, as seen below. This form allows you to enter the new values for each selected field. Here, you can assign new values to each field without having to navigate through individual employee profiles. For example, if you are moving an entire team from one department to another, simply select the Department field, pick the new department, job position, job role from the dropdown, and submit the form. This ensures all selected employees are updated in a single operation.
