Step 1: Ensure LinkedIn is Integrated with Horilla

Before you can post jobs on LinkedIn, make sure you have already set up the LinkedIn integration inside Horilla HRMS.

Step 2: Create or Edit a Job in Horilla

  1. Log in to your Horilla HRMS account.
  2. Navigate to Recruitment from the left-side menu.
  3. Click the Create button in the top-right corner to add a new job, or click the edit icon next to an existing job to update it.

Step 3: Enable LinkedIn Posting

Inside the job creation/edit form, scroll down until you see the Post on LinkedIn section (highlighted in your screenshot).

  1. Post on LinkedIn → Toggle this switch ON.
  2. LinkedIn Account → Select the connected LinkedIn account from the dropdown menu.
  3. Fill out other job details such as Job Position, Managers, Start Date, End Date, Vacancy, Company, and Skills.

Tip: Make sure your job description is well-structured and professional, as it will be directly visible to LinkedIn users.

Step 4: Publish Your Job

  1. Toggle Is Published? ON to make the job visible immediately.
  2. Click Save to post your recruitment to both Horilla and LinkedIn simultaneously.

Step 5: Verify the Job Posting

Once saved, the job will appear in your Recruitment list with a small LinkedIn icon next to it, which indicates it has been posted to LinkedIn.

You can also log in to your LinkedIn company page to confirm that the job posting is live.
