Log in to Horilla

    • Ensure you’re logged into your Horilla HRMS dashboard with the appropriate permissions.

    Navigate to Settings

    • On the navigation bar, click on Settings.

    Access Disciplinary Action Type

    • Once in Settings, navigate to the Employee section under Onboarding.
    • Scroll down and select Disciplinary Action Type.

    Create a New Action Type

    • In the Disciplinary Action Type section, click the Create button located at the top-right corner.

    Fill in the Detail

    • Title: Give a name to the action type (e.g., “Warning,” “Suspension,” “Dismissal”).
    • Action Type: Select the type of disciplinary action from the dropdown.

    Enable Login Block (Optional)

    If you want to block employee login during a suspension or dismissal, check the box next to “Enable login block.”

    Save the Action Type

    Once everything is filled in, click Save to create the action type.
