Horilla CRM provides multiple built-in themes that can be applied quickly without any additional configuration.
This guide explains how to access the Theme Manager, apply a theme, and configure a default theme for the login page.
Access Theme Manager
Step 1: Open Color Theme
- Click the Settings icon from the top navigation bar.
- In the Settings menu, expand Theme Manager.
- Click Color Theme.

View Available Themes
Step 2: Review Theme Options
Each theme card shows a preview of the colors used by that theme. The preview allows you to compare different color schemes before making a selection.
The currently active theme can be identified by:
- A checkmark is displayed on the theme card.
- An (Active) label is shown next to the theme name.
These indicators make it easy to identify which theme is currently being used in the application.
You can browse through all available themes and select the one that best matches your preferences or company branding.

Apply a Theme
Step 3: Select a Theme
To apply a theme:
- Locate the theme you want to use.
- Click anywhere on the theme card.
Once selected, the page automatically refreshes, and the new theme is applied.
There is no need to click a Save button or perform any additional action.

Step 4: Verify the Changes
After the theme is applied, you will notice the updated colors throughout the application.
The changes may be visible in areas such as:
- Sidebar navigation
- Buttons
- Page headers
- Form elements
- Links
- Badges
- Other interface components
The selected theme is applied consistently across the application to provide a unified appearance.

Set a Default Login Theme
The login page theme is managed separately from the application theme. This allows administrators to use one theme for the login page and another theme inside the CRM.
Step 5: Choose a Theme for the Login Page
In the Theme Manager, find the theme you want to use as the default login theme.
Click the Set as Default button displayed on the theme card.
When the theme is successfully configured, the button changes to Default Theme.
This indicates that the selected theme will be displayed on the login page for all users.

Remove the Default Login Theme
If you no longer want a theme to be used on the login page:
- Locate the theme marked as Default Theme.
- Click the Default Theme button again.
The default setting will be removed.
