  • Switch between List View and Kanban View

      • Campaign Owner

      • Expected Revenue

  • Sorting and Filtering
    • Sort campaigns by revenue, status, owner, or dates. Advanced filters help narrow down campaigns based on type, performance, or lifecycle stage.

    • Edit, clone, delete, or manage campaigns directly from the list without additional navigation.

The Kanban View displays campaigns in a card-based layout grouped by status, providing a clear visual representation of campaign progress.

Using the Kanban View

  • Switch to the Kanban view by clicking the Kanban icon in the Campaigns section.
  • Campaigns are grouped by status, such as:
    • New
    • Planned
    • In Progress
    • Completed
    • Aborted

Move campaigns between columns to instantly update their status.

Creating a New Campaign

Creating campaigns in Horilla CRM is simple, flexible, and tailored to different working styles.

How to Create a Campaign

  • Click the New button in the Campaigns module.
  • A pop-up form opens where you can enter campaign details.

Campaign Creation Forms

Horilla CRM supports two campaign creation options:

Multi-Step Form

A guided form that breaks campaign creation into multiple steps:

  1. Campaign Information
  2. Financial Information
  3. Additional Information

Single-Step Form

A traditional form where all fields are available on one page for quick data entry.

Users can switch between these forms seamlessly based on preference.

Pipeline Stages

A visual pipeline at the top shows the campaign’s current stage. Users can easily move the campaign between stages such as New, Planned, In Progress, Completed, or Aborted.

Quick Navigation

Use the next and previous arrows to move between campaigns without returning to the list view.

Details Tab
